With current concerns about filtration efficiency Jasun are seeing an industry wide drive to increasing the filter classes of the panel filters we manufacture. Medium panel filters are classified ePM10>50% according to ISO16890. These filters are effective against particles sized PM2.5, 2.5 microns.
To achieve these levels of efficiency Jasun use minipleat filter technology to present a larger media area to the airflow so that reasonable pressure losses are maintained.
Jasun have split their range of medium classed panel filters into two; Neatpleat panels and Ultimapleat panels. These filters are effectively the same, but Ultimapleat panel filters have more media area so offer improved performance.
We can make these filters with card, metal, and plastic frames.
